The Path Forward for School Choice

CNN's John Sutter talks about the current state of school choice. He says there are three camps in the movement, and they're all losing ground. One is a mono partisan group that wants to keep some laws in place but not much else. The other two want to equalize things for people who have been red-lined into public schools by their parents' choices.
