I didn't realize there was like that sort of, like chinoiseri like orientalism stuff happening in palm springs. I'm just really fascinated by all of that, right? Of the western gaze. They even have a date festival where they, you know how they have, like those pageants? They have a pageant where they, the winner is called the queen. Queen sherazad is the name of the pageant, winter. Ok? Andjust, an, i was just wild. I'm js so fascinated by all this, right?
