What's the Difference Between Deep Work and Deep Work?

When I was a practicing engineer, it looked like when I would check my email every at least once every 20 minutes and respond to an email that really could wait. Or when I'm done with the project, the actual report that brings value to the team. And then I have to input all of those details into this tracker that really the only reason we use it is so that a year from now, we can look back and see what work was done. Now that brings value, but in a shallow sense, where my talent is in writing the report,. not inputting the details of the report to this tracker thing. So he calls it, this is his definition.
