How to Diagnosis the Unskillful Mind State
The Buddha said that all unholed some states are rooted one way or another in greed, in hatred and delusion. All wholesome states can be seen as rooted in non-greed generosity,. So there's a roadmap for understanding what it is that's going on. It's particularly important because these different mind states aren't simply arising in our own hearts and minds but they are what motivates our actions.
