Dantel Salvador: I think we should start by noting that large waves of migration, both sort of unskilled, but also skilled and rich are not a new thing. This is a more like affluent, like emigration wave, which is, you know, not unprecedented, but has its own conditions. Also, it's younger. It's on the like, probably people are overwhelmingly probably like 20 to 40 years old, like some, you know,. going up to 50. And they're either directly programmers or what I would call like,you know, startup founders, managers, product people, etc.
