I worked with a as who a sold a lot of info products, and they wanted a weekly written report on the product. They wanted to know how much in new sales in which products, how much in recurring revenue in which products,. How many new orders failed, how many recurring orders failed. So it only took a few minutes to create that report, very simple, but it served two purposes. It let the clients see their raw sales numbers, which told them what their bank accounts would look like. And it showed the organization where the money was being left on the table, and specifically where to go to pick it up.
