The 11th Circuit's Ruling on Attorney Client Privilege

There are a couple of really important rulings that she'll have to make, including whether or not the piercing of attorney client privilege still applies. I think she was chastened by the 11th Circuit, and that may bring her back into line. It may turn out that she is not a particularly good judge. That happens to prosecutors, and you deal with it.
