The Importance of Rebuilding a Team

I hate watching GMs and teams that are in a good spot and they finish second in the division. They never want to give up a little bit to try to take that giant kick out. But I think you're dealing with different animals here in Pittsburgh. You're dealing with obviously proven winners and guys that want to do it the right way and win and get it done.
