The lagging skills research and there are hundreds of studies now. For me seals the philosophical debate. There is no philosophical debate. Kids do all if they can. And I'm not into winning and losing. But that's one that should have ended a very long time ago, thanks to the literature on lagging skills in kids with concerning behaviors.
