Is There a Block Hole in the Middle?
We now see very large black holes, billion solar mass black holes at red shift seven. But galaxies seem to be able to build them in a time scale that's less than ten per cent of the cosmological time scale. We don't understand how they do that but i'm not so worried as we don't know how to form black holes. The question is does the galaxy determine the properties of the black whole, or does the black hole determine the property of the galaxy? There's evidence for bubbles around the ends of these jets, which suggest there's hot gas heated up by the impact of the jet from the black hole.
