Aquil and Priscilla were also not apostles. They had no authority to rebaptize a palace in the name of the Lord Jesus, even if they knew that they should do that. This account therefore actually validates Paul's status as an apostle. If you actually did a search for something like baptism and spirit in the book of Acts, this is the first time that Paul is the one who has the Holy Spirit come on someone. We know that this is all the work of the same God and we're all pardon the pun. We're all kosher here."
