The Robust Relationship Between the Major Groups of Life

The eukaryotic branch is where you see it associated most closely with the heme dall, archaea. The darker the circle, the more confident they are that the relationship based on the data represents what they're trying to infer from real life. In part because we've diverged, we've undergone 2 billion years of different evolution. That branch sort of represents probably the additional pressures on those gene sequences in the evolution to diverge from the sort of ancestral state or the last common ancestor.
