The January 6th Committee's Role in the Trump Case

The January 6th Committee laid out a roadmap for prosecutors and the prosecutors have just went with it. The fact that he only charged one defendant I think is absolutely critical because the more defendants you add to this, the more exponentially complicated the pretrial proceedings become. With the right judge, and people say this judge, she's an experienced trial lawyer, a former public defender, she should be able to navigate this to a trial next year, I think.
