Can a Casino Detain for Criminal Activity?
Bob Greene: The question was is wearing a disguise illegal. And in and of itself, the answer would be no. It's not conducive to running so you don't get picked up if you are wearing a disguise. That creates enough for a reasonable suspicion to detain for criminal activity. He also thinks the man to Reno case was wrongly decided because he doesn't think the attorney on the gambler side effectively represented the law.
