Yes, and then the depth to the to their veins are actually not yet they're not superficial they're she quitequite deep in but on a much bigger scale than normal patients. The traction for the my assistance helping was incredibly difficult I think. And what was really interesting after the traction. The depth to your internal juggler wasn't actually very far I was so surprised because I remember like with the ultrasound I was like mate this is going to be really deep. It's like one half one to one half centimeters
