The two strongest arguments for why democrats should be optimistic is that there've been five special congressional elections since the courts dobs ruling. In all of those, democrats have out performed a what you would expect them to do d and not only expects them to do relative to the dreary national picture at the moment,. but they've out performed byden's 20 20 showing in four of those five rces.
