Is It Time to Amend the Room Statute?
The ICC does not have independent jurisdiction to be exercised over the crime of a fight, aggression. So that's where the problem is. The P5 drove the pressure, the result in the gap. It needs to be amended for the fall to delete that provision from the room statute. Another amendment that can be done would be to open up rule from the UNCan refer the case to the situation brought to the ICC and give the ICC jurisdictionover it.
