The Threat of the Pandemic

The Chinese have invested over $900 billion, essentially in an overseas economic empire. They get these countries that don't have the resources and give them loans they can't afford to pay back. If we don't stop that, then they are going to gain a much bigger lead on us than we can imagine. How do we combat this? Well, you have to do economic containment of China.
