If you have an average s t r team, it's got to be ten k or more on a c v. If your he gets into an account at three k, but you find that that account spends 50 k a year over the next five years, then obviously you can have like, a lower a cv. I always tryd to pay about 20 % sales in the first first year, and the rest went to marketing. The best way to do that is to build a compensation plan that is not flexible.
