The Housing Market Is Cooling Off Rapidly

I think we're likely to see housing prices decline in absolute terms over the coming months. I'm not convinced the national market can withstand sustained downward pressure exerted by low affordability. Invest in hybrid cities that offer decent cash flow are seeing stable prices right now and have decent long-term prospects. Negotiate for crying out loud. Just stay away from flipping houses.
