Eugenics is a hegemonic power reinforcement ideology, with a nice twist of pseudo science. It's selecting people away at the bottom. The initial classes are very vague and they sort of mutate overtime. And eventually, when you sod a zom out from it, always eugenics is just whoever is not us, right? So it gets adopted to be racialized in america and germany, very class based in the u.S.
