Women's Unpaid Work
There were women of work who were part of this 83 network. Their employment is never recorded in birth or marriage recor rds, and not really in the tax records either. So that was interesting to see her reappearing as that rose marin it was lovely seeing her crop back up. And before we come on to the french revolution, you mentioned that some of the women were women shopkeepers. This is something i was wondering about, because so many women worked at home,. Are they represented in the saucers, or do their livelihoods slip through the cracks?
