The History of Magna Carta
Magna Carta was issued by King John at Rani Meade on the 15th of June, 1215. It meant that henceforth, if a Beed, monarchy would be subject to the law. 25 barons were set up in power to force the king to keep his lands and castles. So in a way, a parallel executive was set up by the charter.
