The Australian government has proposed a new law to deal with digital platforms. The main concern there is the risk of the killer acquisition, writes Andrew Wilson. He says it's difficult to work out what is a killer acquisition versus just another run of the meal purchase. But he adds that even an adjusted test would not really make a difference in this case.
