What Do You Think About the CHIPS Act?

I think we need to have a clear plan of how these funds are going to operate, especially also in the context of the upcoming budgetary cycles. And then my last point would be, even on the funding that is available, we still need to have more clarity, especially when it comes to decometments and inflation. I would like to say that I am hopeful that the Parliament will come ahead in this discussions with a strong and united position because we all do understand the massive opportunity, the CHIPS Act means for Europe.
