The Four Realms of Consciousness

I want you to think deep, deep, deep within your heart beyond the tissue, beyond the cells. Connect deep into the center of your heart deeper than the molecules, deeper than the atoms. It doesn't matter how you connect there, you just need to know that that's where we are. This is one and love. The second is time and I want us to define time as now. Now, and now expressing everywhere in the universe at this exact moment. From this point, we connect to this point as one or love or here. And by universe, I mean the empirical universe, the scientific one where you see stars outside.
