What Is a Public Good?
When there's no public dollars to pay for something that really ought to be paid for by the public, then there's an increasing market penetration. We have a different view o of what public goods are. Some people call them social goods. Other people have dfferent words for them. I don't ant to get into some antics of it, but we, we thinkthatte imean, i really strongly believe that there are things that we can do that are essential to survive, that we can only do if we do them together.
