The SEC's Lawsuit Against Binance and Coinbase
The SEC is trying hard to link the two in the public's mind to paint the entire crypto industry is bad. Binance and Coinbase, they're linked together because the lawsuits occurred a day apart. There is an alternate universe where all of the companies that did their best, all right, they may be selling on registered securities in the eyes of the regulators. In that universe, I feel as though there would be much more widespread adoption of crypto amongst other intermediaries like family offices and wealth managers. But we don't live in that universe.
