Is the End Justifying the Means?

I don't like the blockage of roadways and streets, because i think people should be able to freely travel. This is a unprecedented government mandates that we've seen, removing rights away from people. And so then the question would be, is it actually ok to do that? I just want to always reduce things to basic principles which are life, liberty and property. Everything derives itself from that.
