i was joined by the author, broadcaster and public historian, helen carr. Helen specializes in the mediaeval period, and she's currently working on a book about england in the fourteenth century. So helen is well placed to understand the vast impact the black death had on people and communities at the time. And i think that that is why, for me, it's so important and so fascinating. It can reveal so much about the responses to such a massive shift in everything you know. This wa this shook up the world, like the responses to that so important. And it can just give us so much information about people and the way they lived.
