Obama is trying to eliminate private sales of all kind in the whole in the whole United States. He wants to make it so that if you're diagnosed as having some absolute nonsense made up health condition called oppositional defiant disorder, your firearms could be seized. Another thing he wants to do is he just wants to set the precedent that anybody who is anti-authoritarian shouldn't have weapons. And people who support him still won't acknowledge that he was an absolute bald face liar.
