The fossil fuel industry must come to an end, but it will not depart willingly. The adho system that emerged instead did not do away with the sovereign prerogative to issue money. Did this new order deliver, at least in part, what ha wanted? It's a really massy, experimental process on the part of many of the agents involved. And so it takes it at's no there's no one with a blue print who acty kind of wins the day and implements what they're doing.
