The Five Five Points

Underneath the five points was a now filled pond. Outhouses stood right next to Wells and alcohol, alcoholism was the main hobby. Owning a bar was what every man in five points strive for. If you own a bar, not only could you make a lot of money, but it came with power because all information and news was filtered through the saloons. This gave bar owners the ability to sway blocks of voters for politicians.
