Transformative Coaching Is Not a Bad Thing

Transactional coaching is not a bad thing. It's necessary for the transformation to take place. Performance can mean winning a game, or simply n that we're creating the character necessary to be the person that we want to be. We start this part of the conversation by asking, what is most closely tied to performance and its engagement in motivation? And then it seem ta if people didn't catch this, a seam just tied this back perfectly. Ben iman, everybody out there that's coached has that one player who never puts their shorts in the basket, right? And you got to go grab shorts off the ground. Will that right there. You're not a bad kid, but
