Is Mental Health a Positive Concept or a Negative Concept?

Concept confusion is rife within workplace mental health. I see a lot of organisations saying that they've got a mental health program, when in fact it's mental illness awareness. Mental ill health doesn't discriminate, doesn't necessarily mean people are going to be poor performers. We can actually really hold ourselves back if we don't even get their language right.
