How Judge Cannon Is Feeling About This Case Moving Forward
Prosecutors can't ask Eileen Cannon to recuse herself from the case. The standard for recusal is it's hard for prosecutors, right? And really all we have here is the fact that she's a Trump appointed judge who issued rulings that were fabled with the Trump. But yes, they can't ask her to step aside. It would be hard here unless she wants to recusing herself. I suspect she will be the judge presiding over this case, but we'll see.
