The Importance of Education in Design

There's a genuine shortage of senior designers. We've expanded super fast in the last decade or so. So when you do need a senior position, you can't feel it. You have to then, and you don't understand what you're doing anywhere as an organization. There's no education that tells anyone this is what a designer needs to know because it's all different. And broken combs again.
