Chat GPT is a tool that uses natural language to have human-like conversations. It's not actually learning because it's already trained on its model. If you're looking for a level of depth that you don't have, then maybe it's not really a tool. I think we are still at the very early stages of understanding what these large language models and tools like chat GPT can do for RPG prep.
