Are We Able to Prosecute Victims in the US?
The question was, to what extent do are we able to bring perpetrators either to the us? Or or funnel a case overseas and have it prosecuted overseas. Ah, i i think this is definitely a world wide crime. I don't think tat these are only us individuals who are committing it. If if we had not, in my cases involving the person who worked at the embassy, luckily for us, he happened to be visiting his family in the us. So we didn't have to extradite him.
