Warren Buffett's Drive Management: Looking for Excellence

Blackrock is using ESG's and these methods to coerce companies into being woke. They're not just looking at the bottom line, they're not just interested in profitability. You have to force behaviors, whether it is gender or race. It has to be imbued in the culture of a firm. How do you force change though? I mean, Larry Blackrock has really been on the forefront of the ESG movement within corporate governance and yet change is so slow. We need to force it harder.
