The Importance of Mentorship

If the mentor gives of their time and their energy, you're giving back your ultimate production. If it shines nicely back on the mentor, then you start to really have a kind of a relationship that feeds on itself in a very good way. A respected critical skill of senior level executive CEOs is being able to find in groomed talent. That's not something that's easily evaluated on an employee review for people to be able to point and say, "Oh, you see those top leaders in the field?"
