How Did Anger Start Leaving You?

When i sat in meditation, okat the sensations that come up. Of the ones that you're goin react to the strongest are ther most grossest ones. Now, 25 years later, do i have anger? Yes i do. But on a scale of one to ten, with one the lowest and ten being the highest, i'm nine point nine. And that's a big achievement for someone like me. I can keep them at a distance without reacting. I can and my capacity to work help is not just this. If you're not going to your mind, you're going to go for a ten da corse come back and tell you jack, nothing's going to happen
