2023 fast forwarding just a little bit is the year of JD, the year you give yourself permission to do you. And now we're halfway through. How has your decompression journey been? It has been awesome and it has been interesting. I struggle with my mental health too. My girlfriend and I have moved 2020 was 2020.2020 was a really shitty year for me.
