How Do You Research Something That Doesn't Exist?
When developing a service, is it more like the general outline is kind of known and you mostly just work on the details? Or is it completely unknown, and you come up with some surprises and iterate a lot in terms of the general flow? Yes, it's basically unknown. There's definitely things that come up that, you know, as you kind of synthesize the research, and you realize, oh, o, i didn't realize that. M, that's interesting. And so it's always good to have an open mind and not make assumptions.
