The Importance of a Track Record in Capital Management
I did an interview with a trader named Bob part of the other day we were talking about risk and one of my favorite things to tell people just is a simple little guide. If you ever see a trader that has a track record where they make 1 or 2 percent every month month after month after month never a down month I say there you've either got long-term capital management on your hands which was the case in their case before they blew up or you have Bernie Madoff who constructed you know fake constructed one or two percent a month literally.
