Do you think that that is going to take off or is this going to remain kind of a niche approach? Scott: This is actually something that resembles 2008, 2007, in a sense that we had a financial crisis. The reaction was to lower rates, which is a temporary policy to cure a structural problem. So it put Novocaine on a wound, no pain. Now we're waking up because we have more accumulation of death.
