Biden delivered remarks in the very same room where former President Donald Trump met with Putin almost exactly five years ago. That day, then President Trump famously sided with the Russian President's denial of interference in the 2016 election going against the findings of American intelligence. Yesterday, President drew a sharp contrast with his comments about Putin and the state of the war in Ukraine. The White House could not have been happier to be in the same room five years later where they believe in most Americans believe even most conservatives believe Donald Trump humiliated himself in front of Vladimir Putin.
