Is There Any Evidence of Tracy's Killer?
In 1998 investigators submit more of Tracy's blood for testing, still hanging on to the thinnest thread of hope that the killer's DNA might be mixed in. The case is presented to several third party cold case review panels, most notably the VDOC Society in 2012. But as far as I can tell, none of that actually results in anything new. They've also been critical of police in recent years because according to them, a lot of mistakes were made in initial investigation.
