Court Packing
The term court packing has been overused a good deal these days for various reasons. But the idea that it was bad in the liberal imaginationwa, was really kind of amazing to me. Even the roosevelt administration, when it was making its proposal, didn't pitch it is court packing. They pitched as aa plan to reorganize te judiciary. Critics called it court packing. And so guess in some ways, i don't blame progressives who are supportive of this to want to find a different term to talk about it. A, call it court expansion, cort bright sizing, whatever it is you want to say.
