The Russian Attack on an Apartment Block in Dniepero

The National Transportation Safety Board is now investigating why the American plane apparently missed its turn. At least 40 people, including three children were killed over the weekend in a Russian attack on an apartment building in the city of Dniepero. In Memphis, Tennessee, there was another day a protest over the death of a 29-year-old man who died following a traffic stop.
